Our Cancellation Policy

At Donvira Casino Hotel, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for all guests.

Standard Reservations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in time.
• 50% charge for cancellations made within 24–48 hours before check-in.
• Full stay will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of check-in.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings made under a non-refundable rate are not eligible for changes or cancellations. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Group Reservations

Cancellations for group reservations (5 or more rooms) must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. A signed contract may apply.

Event & Package Deals

• Special packages or event bookings may carry separate cancellation terms.
• Please review the specific terms during your reservation process or contact us for clarification.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
